We can transport components on belts lined with brushes or construct handling trolleys fitted with brushes to minimise damage to components with high surface requirements.

We now have the ability to tailor trolleys for specific components such as hatches for the kitchen industry and plates in the metal and automotive industry. On roller conveyors, for example, we have the ability to replace existing rollers with brush rollers to avoid scratching the components.

For many years, brushes have been used in punching machines to avoid scratches and lower the sound level. This has led to brushes now being used on assembly benches to minimise damage.

Today we work with a large volume of brushes for punching machines and can also offer a standard range of brushes for assembly tables.
