DISC BRUSHES

Disc brushes have a wide range of applications, everything from tough deburring to the finest polishing of surfaces.

The advantage of the disc brush is that they brush from different directions, resulting in even wear of the brush material. The brushes have either a plastic or metal core. Usually we punch the brush material in the core according to the customer’s specifications. We also supply disc brushes with the brush moulded into the core or spiral wound on a steel frame.

There are many parameters to choose from when selecting a disc brush, which means the brush will look exactly the way you want. We work with external dimensions up to 1,000 mm and have the ability to angle the brush in different directions to achieve optimal function.

The choice of material in the core and brush is made based on what function the brush will have. Will the brush be used in a wet or dry environment? Will the brush have an abrasive or cleaning function?

There are many questions to answer, but together we can sort out which brush will be most suitable for your application.
